From the dinner table on Thursday, the 26th.

On the left is miso soup made with cabbage and chopped fried tofu from the freezer.

In the centre is hijiki rice made with discounted fresh hijiki seaweed (119 yen, half price), fish paste with squid (126 yen, 20% off), and carrots from the freezer. It’s seasoned with mentsuyu.

On the right is layered steamed pork belly and Chinese cabbage (318 yen, 20% off). It’s a simple microwave dish (^-^;), served with ponzu sauce.

The total cost of ingredients for today was 563 yen.
