左は見切り品海老ワンタン(199円/半額)を使った中華風スープです。ネギとラー油を入れてます。

中は見切り品真さば(190円/半額)を使った竜田揚げです。見切り品キャベツ1/4(29円/半額)を敷いてます。

右は長なす(198円)とシーチキン水煮(198円)を使ったあんかけです。とろみをつけてます。

本日のかかった食材費は814円でございました。

*全て税抜きで8%の消費税がこれ以外にかかっております。

Today’s dinner features a mix of simple fried fish and comforting home-style dishes.

On the left is a Chinese-style soup made with discounted shrimp wontons.
I added green onions and chilli oil to give it a lightly spicy flavour.

In the centre is tatsuta-age, Japanese-style fried mackerel made with discounted fresh mackerel.
It is served on a bed of shredded cabbage, which is very typical for fried dishes at home.

On the right is a thickened vegetable dish made with long eggplant and canned tuna packed in water.
Lightly thickened sauces like this are often used in Japanese home cooking to make vegetables more satisfying.

The total cost of today’s ingredients was 814 yen (before tax).
Japanese home meals frequently balance fried items with lighter dishes and soups to create a well-rounded dinner.
