昨日に引き続き、本日は仕事の出張で山口県長門市長門湯本温泉に宿泊しております。

宿の付属レストランにて山口名物瓦そば（2,970円）です。瓦を300度近くまで熱してその上に茶そばを牛肉や錦糸卵、ネギと共にテーブルに出されているので、下はカリカリです(^-^;。

生ビールはホテル提供の無料クーポンで頂きました(^^)v。

これにて、山口出張は終了でございます。

From the dinner table on Saturday, the 11th.

Continuing from yesterday, I am once again staying at Nagato Yumoto Onsen in Nagato City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, on a business trip.

At the hotel’s attached restaurant, I had Yamaguchi’s local speciality, *Kawara Soba* (2,970 yen). The tea soba noodles are served on a roof tile heated to nearly 300°C, together with beef, shredded egg crepe, and green onions, so the noodles on the bottom become wonderfully crispy (^-^;).

I also enjoyed a draft beer using a complimentary coupon provided by the hotel (^^)v.

And with this, my business trip to Yamaguchi has come to an end.
