右はニンジン入り切りゴボウ（158円）鶏肉（214円/20%引き）を使った味噌味の炊き込みご飯です。ミツカン製の濃厚味噌鍋スープ（298円）を使ってます。

From the dinner table on Tuesday, the 10th.

On the left is a gochujang soup made with discounted bok choy (50 yen). I added a little sesame oil for extra flavour.

In the centre are leftover fried spring rolls that I originally made on Saturday, March 7th. They are served with okra (98 yen), heated in the microwave.

On the right is mixed rice with burdock root strips and carrots (158 yen) and chicken (214 yen, 20% off), seasoned with miso. I used Mitsukan’s rich miso hot-pot soup base (298 yen) as the seasoning.

The total cost of ingredients for today was 818 yen.
