On the left is leftover miso soup from yesterday made with tofu, wakame seaweed, and green onions.

In the centre are fried items: discounted boneless white fish mayonnaise cutlets (141 yen, half price) and frozen spring rolls from a 14-piece pack (398 yen). I also added discounted broccoli (44 yen, half price) as steamed vegetables on the side.

On the right is boiled firefly squid (149 yen, half price) dressed with vinegared miso, mixed with broccoli sprouts (98 yen) and finished with a sprinkle of black sesame seeds.

The total cost of ingredients for today was 830 yen.
