中は特売さんま（240円）の竜田揚げです。このさんまを私はスーパーで会計後カバンにしま忘れてしまい、翌日保管されていたスーパーで無事回収することができました(笑)。皆さんも購入した物はすべて持ち帰りましょう(^^;。下にカット野菜（118円）を敷いて、ポン酢で頂きます。

右は見切り品白ネギ（50円）と見切り品ベビーホタテ生食用（276円/20%引き）を使ったからし酢味噌和えです。少し柚子胡椒を加えてます。さらに黒ごまを振りかけて。

From the Dinner Table on Sunday, August 9
On the left is the leftover miso soup from yesterday, made with large shijimi clams.
In the middle is tatsuta-age (Japanese-style fried fish) made with Pacific saury that was on special for 240 yen. There’s actually a little story behind this fish: after paying for it at the supermarket, I accidentally forgot to put it in my bag and left it behind. Fortunately, when I returned the following day, the supermarket had kept it safe for me, and I was able to retrieve it (laugh). So, everyone, make sure you take home everything you buy! (^^;
I served the fried saury on a bed of cut vegetables (118 yen) and enjoyed it with ponzu citrus soy sauce.
On the right is a mustard-vinegared miso-dressed salad made with discounted white leek (50 yen) and discounted baby scallops for sashimi (276 yen, 20% off). I added a little yuzu kosho for extra aroma and a slight kick, then finished it with a sprinkle of black sesame seeds.
Today’s ingredient cost was 684 yen.
