中は昨日の残りで、無水カレーです。玉ねぎ・トマト水煮缶・ピーマン・長なす・鶏もも肉が具材です。S&B製赤缶カレーパウダーを使って残っていた赤ワインを入れてます。にんにくたっぷりです。福神漬を添えて。さらにトンカツ（223円/20%引き）を加えてカツカレーにしてます。

From the Dinner Table on Thursday, August 6

On the left is miso soup made with daikon radish that had been left in the freezer and discounted chopped fried tofu (78 yen, 20% off).

In the middle is the leftover waterless curry from yesterday, made with onion, canned tomatoes, green peppers, long eggplant, and chicken thighs. It is seasoned with S&B Red Can Curry Powder, enhanced with the remaining red wine and plenty of garlic, and served with fukujinzuke pickles. Today, I added a pork cutlet (223 yen, 20% off), turning it into a hearty katsu curry.

On the right is a salad made with discounted broccoli (59 yen, half price), bell pepper (100 yen), and prosciutto (188 yen), served with roasted sesame dressing (49 yen).

Today’s ingredient cost was 697 yen.
