中はニラの揚げ餃子です。ニラぎょうざが半額で139円と安かったので、油で揚げてみました。下に玉ねぎのサラダミックス（109円）を敷いて、ポン酢で頂きます。

From the Dinner Table on Friday, July 31

On the left is the leftover miso soup from yesterday, made with green onions and chopped fried tofu.

In the middle are deep-fried chive gyoza. The chive gyoza were half price at just 139 yen, so I decided to fry them in oil. I served them on a bed of onion salad mix (109 yen) and enjoyed them with ponzu citrus soy sauce.

On the right is eggplant with garlic butter seasoning. I used eggplant (179 yen) and a garlic-and-butter seasoning mix made by S&B Foods (138 yen).

Today’s ingredient cost was 565 yen.
