On the left is miso soup made with green onions and chopped fried tofu that were left in the freezer.

In the middle is nikujaga. I used beef from my parents, discounted potatoes (238 yen, 20% off), carrots (88 yen), and konjac (88 yen). It was seasoned with mentsuyu noodle soup base.

On the right is discounted horse mackerel sashimi (319 yen, 20% off).

Today’s ingredient cost was 733 yen.
