左は見切り品きのこセット(89円/半額)と麩を使った味噌汁です。
中は先日下ごしらえしたたけのこの残りを使ったたけのこ炊き込みご飯です。水煮山菜(198円)と見切り品ささがきごぼう(79円)刻み揚げを具材として使ってます。麺つゆで味付けしてます。
右はお惣菜のタコねぎ塩きゅう(149円/半額)です。
本日のかかった食材費は515円でございました。
*全て税抜きで8%の消費税がこれ以外にかかっております。
From the dinner table on Saturday, the 18th.
On the left is miso soup made with a discounted mushroom assortment (89 yen, half price) and wheat gluten (fu).
In the centre is seasoned bamboo shoot rice made with the remaining bamboo shoots that I prepared earlier. The ingredients also include boiled mountain vegetables (198 yen), discounted shaved burdock root (79 yen), and chopped fried tofu. It is seasoned with mentsuyu.
On the right is a prepared side dish of octopus, green onion, and salted cucumber (149 yen, half price).
The total cost of ingredients for today was 515 yen.
*All prices are before tax; an additional 8% consumption tax applies.
